Booking terms & cancellation policy
  • The $150 retainer is non-refundable and applies to your total.
  • Your remaining balance is invoiced and due 14 days before your event.
  • If the balance isn't paid by the due date, we can't guarantee we'll be there that day. We'll always try to reach you up to three times first, so it never comes to that.
  • Cancellation: 30+ days out — retainer only. Within 30 days — 50% of the balance. Within 14 days or no-show — full balance.
  • Your retainer is transferable once to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
  • Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover, plus Apple Pay & Google Pay.
