Good to know

Can you put our logo and branding on the photos?

Yes — your logo, event hashtag, and brand colors go on every photo, GIF, and boomerang. We can also match a custom or branded backdrop and use a green screen for fully branded scenes.

Do you provide a COI, W-9, and itemized invoice?

All of it. We send a certificate of insurance to your venue ahead of time, and provide a W-9 and an itemized invoice for your finance team. We're fully insured with backup equipment at every event.

How do we get a quote for approval?

Build one yourself on the booking page — pick your package and details, then download a quote (PDF) to forward for sign-off. For larger or multi-day activations, email us and we'll send a custom quote quickly.

Can you handle a large headcount without a line?

Yes. For big receptions we run two booths side by side so guests keep moving. Share your headcount and we'll recommend the right setup and number of attendants.

What about our guests' photos and data?

Guests share photos to themselves by text or AirDrop. We don't build a marketing list off your event, and we're happy to align with your team's data and privacy requirements.

How far in advance should we book?

At least five business days, though sooner is sometimes possible — email us for a tight timeline. Holiday-season dates book up early, so reserve as soon as your date is set.
